Reservations preferred and can be booked up to two weeks in advance (for a maximum of two hours per day).
The person making the reservation must check-in at the front desk at the time of appointment.
NOVACard is required for check-in.
Note: In case of a no-show or if patron does not arrive within 15 minutes of their reservation, library staff reserves the right to make the room available to others.
Rules for Use:
Study Rooms are for groups of 2 or more persons (maximum 4-6 persons depending on room size). Rooms are not for individual study.
Please keep noise level reasonable and door closed. Rooms are not soundproof.
The Library is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Keep track of belongings.
Rooms must be left clean, undamaged, and with all the equipment.
Disruptive behavior is not tolerated. Continued offenses may result in losing the privilege to use the rooms, being asked to leave the library, or being reported to the Dean of Students for further disciplinary action.
